Undertaking a Risk Assessment will enable you to determine whether there are any activities or tasks that are carried out in your workplace that may have a Health & Safety risk for your employees.  This will cover such activities as standing on a chair and the risk of falling or lifting heavy or awkward loads and causing a back injury.
